Delete dataset + all versions

Irreversibly deletes a dataset, its cases and — by ON DELETE CASCADE — all its frozen versions. Only the dataset's CREATOR may delete it (`created_by` check, 403 FORBIDDEN); an API-key caller is additionally pinned to the key's org (403 KEY_ORG_MISMATCH). Eval runs that referenced this dataset retain their results but lose row-level provenance. Audit-logged: the wrapper writes an `audit_logs` row for the mutation, and rows are chained by the database trigger's unkeyed SHA-256 `integrity_hash` — a tamper-evident chain, not an HMAC entry signature. Returns { deleted: true }. 10 req/min.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
