Get cost-attribution report for a project

Returns a cost-attribution report envelope for the project. Requires `?projectId` (400 MISSING_PROJECT_ID; unknown project 404, foreign project 403 — membership is verified). NOTE: the report is currently computed over an EMPTY trajectory set — no stored agent-trajectory data is queried yet — so the figures are zero-valued placeholders regardless of the project's activity.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
