/api/v1/ai-sbomGet latest AI-BoM
Returns the project's AI Bill of Materials, assembled from its `model_inventory` and `ai_dependencies` rows. Query: `projectId` (required); `format` = `json` (default — the native EvalGuard shape inside the standard success envelope), `cyclonedx` (CycloneDX 1.6, served as `application/vnd.cyclonedx+json; version=1.6`) or `spdx` (SPDX 2.3, `application/spdx+json`) — the latter two are returned as a file download rather than an envelope. Every call writes a `compliance.ai_bom.export` audit row. Requires the `compliance` plan feature. Related but separate: /api/v1/security/ai-bom is its own GET+POST surface, not a superset of this one.
