List user-created dashboards

Returns every saved dashboard in a project (`projectId` required) — not filtered to the caller — newest-updated first, capped at 200. Each row is id, name, description, tags, is_template, created_by, created_at, updated_at. The response also carries a static `widgetTypes` catalog (8 widget kinds with their data sources) and 5 starter `templates` for the builder palette: { dashboards, widgetTypes, templates }. Caller must be a member of the project's org.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
