/api/v1/gateway/healthGateway proxy health probe
Returns per-provider health for a fixed set of five providers (openai, anthropic, google, mistral, groq) derived from the caller's OWN gateway_logs rows (`created_by = caller`) over a configurable window: ?windowMinutes defaults to 60, clamped to 1-1440; ?limit defaults to 1000, clamped to 1-5000. When ?projectId is supplied, that project's eval_runs in the same window are folded in as extra health signals. Each entry reports status (healthy/degraded/unhealthy/unknown), avg and p95 latency, uptimePercent, totals and consecutive failure/success counts. Authentication required (BearerAuth or x-api-key). Public uptime probing should target /api/status instead — see .github/workflows/synth-check.yml.

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
