/api/v1/webhooks/eventsCatalog of subscribable webhook event types
Returns the catalog of webhook events EvalGuard can emit — eight entries: eval.completed, scan.completed, alert.fired, annotation.created, compliance.posture_dropped, and the voice events post_call_transcription, post_call_audio (opt-in per project) and call_initiation_failure. Each entry includes id, category, label, description, and (where applicable) payload shape. The response also carries `schemaVersion` and a `meta` block: signature scheme (HMAC-SHA256 over `${timestamp}.${body}` with the webhook secret, 5-minute timestamp window), retry policy (3 attempts, 1s/5s/25s backoff) and auto-deactivation after 5 consecutive failures. Public reference data, cached 1h at the edge. Used by SDK consumers + the dashboard event picker. Authentication: none. This is a public endpoint and no credential is read. The empty `security` is a deliberate statement rather than an omission — nothing on this path resolves a caller, so no API-key scope is evaluated and an `eg_` key sent anyway is ignored.
