POST/api/v1/compliance/dpdp/evidence

Generate a DPDP evidence packet (consent_audit / dsr_response / etc.)

Generates one of six DPDP evidence packet types: `dsr_response` (S.13), `dpbi_breach_report` (S.8(6)), `cert_in_incident` (CERT-In, 6-hour deadline), `consent_audit` (S.6), `child_protection_audit` (S.9), `sdf_dpia_pack` (S.10). Each packet is a self-contained JSON document carrying the DPDP section reference, the filtered `dpdp_events` timeline, matching `dpdp_timers`, and counts of sessions/events/timers. Pass `sessionId` for a single-session packet (404 if that session is not in your org), or omit it for an org-wide packet over `since`..`until` (defaults: last 365 days → now; caps 1000 sessions / 5000 events). `orgId` is required (400 MISSING_ORG_ID); membership is verified and the call is audited as `compliance.dpdp.evidence`.

Authentication
