PUT
/api/v1/prompts/registryGovernance action on a registry prompt version
Action-discriminated governance: submit (draft→pending), approve/reject (owner/admin only; reject requires reason), or rollback (clones a version into a new draft).
Authentication
Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
