/api/v1/settings/notificationsUpdate notification preferences
Updates the calling user's email notification toggles. Body accepts any subset of `eval_completed`, `security_alerts`, `weekly_report`, `team_updates`; each must be a boolean (400 otherwise) and at least one must be present (400). Only the supplied fields are written — this is a partial update, not a replacement, and omitted preferences keep their stored values. Upserts on `user_id` and returns the resulting four flags. A database failure is returned as an error (409/400/500 by code): a write that did not land is never reported as saved.
Authentication
Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
