Read stored compliance assessments

Returns up to 50 of the project's org's most recent stored assessments, newest first — a pure read that never runs a check. This is the endpoint the SDK's `checkCompliance()` reads; before it existed the path was POST-only and answered 405.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.

Parameters

projectId in queryrequired

Project whose org the read is scoped to. Membership is verified before the handler runs.

Restrict to one framework (e.g. `eu-ai-act`, `iso-42001`).

All status codes

200`{ assessments: [...] }` — id, framework, system_name, risk_level, checklist, result, created_at, updated_at.
400`projectId` is required.
401(no description)
403Forbidden — the credential is valid but lacks the API-key scope, member role, or plan entitlement this operation requires.
404`PROJECT_NOT_FOUND` — no such project visible to the caller.
429(no description)
500`DB_ERROR` — the assessment read failed.
