GET
/api/v1/compliance/checkRead stored compliance assessments
Returns up to 50 of the project's org's most recent stored assessments, newest first — a pure read that never runs a check. This is the endpoint the SDK's `checkCompliance()` reads; before it existed the path was POST-only and answered 405.
Authentication
Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
Parameters
projectId in queryrequiredProject whose org the read is scoped to. Membership is verified before the handler runs.
stringframework in queryRestrict to one framework (e.g. `eu-ai-act`, `iso-42001`).

400`projectId` is required.

403Forbidden — the credential is valid but lacks the API-key scope, member role, or plan entitlement this operation requires.
