List compliance evidence artifacts

Collects 10 control-evidence entries for an org by probing live platform state and returns them with a pass/fail/partial roll-up. `?orgId` is required (400); `?framework` defaults to `soc2` and must be one of soc2|gdpr|eu_ai_act|hipaa|iso_42001|nist_ai_rmf (400 otherwise) — it only labels the control ids, it does not change which controls are collected. Controls: AC-1 access control (org_members count), AU-1 audit logging (audit_logs existence probe), SC-1 encryption at rest (whether `BYOK_SECRET` is set and at least 32 chars), DR-1 retention (static statement), SI-1 webhook HMAC signing (count of enabled webhooks), ST-1 automated security testing (security_scans probe), IA-1 SSO (sso_configurations enabled/enforce), AI-1 eval governance (eval_runs probe), SC-2 rate limiting (static statement), IR-1 incident response (ai_incidents probe). Returns `{framework, orgId, collectedAt, summary:{totalControls, pass, fail, partial, complianceScore}, evidence[]}`. No SBOM, signed extract, or policy attestation is included. Each read writes an evidence-access audit record. 10 req/min.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
