GET
/api/v1/compliance/healthCompliance subsystem health check
Returns boolean health flags + freshness timestamps for every compliance subsystem: evidenceCollector (any fresh row in last 2h?), postureSnapshots (any in last 25h?), controlCatalog (populated?), persistedSoa (count). Cached 30s per-org. Operators use this to verify the compliance worker pipeline is alive.
Authentication
Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/api-keys.
