Cross-jurisdiction regulatory posture

For each jurisdiction, what the law is doing (regulatory changes) beside what this organisation HOLDS there (licences), merged on the jurisdiction key. Separately each half misleads: pending breaking changes are not actionable without knowing whether the licence covering them expires next month. `changeSource` reports whether the change half came from the live catalog or the compiled seed; `registerAvailable` distinguishes 'no licences' from 'the register could not be read'. Frameworks with no jurisdiction mapping are reported under 'UNMAPPED' rather than dropped.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.

200Per-jurisdiction posture, most urgent first.
400orgId missing or invalid
401Unauthenticated
403Not a member of the organisation
409Conflict — CONFLICT.
429Too Many Requests — the per-key or per-organization rate limit was exceeded. Honour the Retry-After header.
500Internal Server Error — DB_ERROR.
