GET
/api/v1/compliance/recertificationList/get access-recertification campaigns
Lists access-recertification campaigns for an org (`?orgId` required, newest first, `?limit` 1-500 default 100); with `?campaignId` returns that campaign plus its per-member items (subject, role, decision, reviewer, reviewed_at, comment). Org membership is verified by the API handler and every query is pinned to `org_id`; note that API-key callers are served by a service-role client, so this app-layer check — not RLS — is the tenant boundary. Returns empty results if the GRC migration has not been applied.
Authentication
Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
