Evaluate SLA targets

Returns SLA target statuses for the caller's org. `orgId` comes from the query param, the body, or — for an org-pinned `eg_` API key — the key itself; 400 MISSING_ORG_ID only when none of the three resolves, and and only targets labelled with that org are evaluated. `?report=true` returns a period report (`?period` in hours, default 24) instead of the default per-target compliance summary `{ targets, total, compliant, violating }`. SLA targets live in a process-local in-memory store, not the database: they do not survive a restart and are not shared across server instances, so this can legitimately return an empty set after a deploy.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.

When 'true', returns generateReport(period) instead of evaluate().
