List in-flight remediations

Lists the org's remediation tickets, newest first. Requires `?orgId` (400 MISSING_ORG_ID). No status filter is applied by default — done and wont_fix rows are included unless `?status` narrows to one of open | in_progress | blocked | done | wont_fix. Optional filters: `severity` (critical|high|medium|low|info), `targetKind` (event | security_finding | dataset_case | other), `ownerUserId`, and `overdue=true` which reads the `remediations_sla_breached` view instead and ignores `status`. An unrecognised filter value is a 400, not a silent empty page. `limit` defaults to 50 and is capped at 200. Returns { remediations, total, truncated } where `total` counts only the returned page.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
