/api/v1/security/model-scan/{scanId}/attestationGet model-scan attestation
Returns a CycloneDX 1.6 machine-learning BOM for a model scan — NOT a cryptographically signed artifact: it carries the scanned file's SHA-256 in `hashes`, EvalGuard scanner metadata, per-finding `vulnerabilities` entries (critical/high/medium only, capped at 200), up to 500 evidence occurrences, and a CycloneDX `declarations.attestations` affirmation summarising the verdict and gate status. There is no signature, signing-key fingerprint or scan-result hash. Generated on the first request and cached back onto model_scans.attestation, so later calls return the stored BOM with `cached: true`. Membership of the scan's project org is verified before the handler runs; 400 on a non-UUID scanId, 404 if the scan does not exist.

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
