/api/v1/smart-routingGet smart-routing configuration
Returns a project's routing state as { rules, metrics, strategies, tiers, config, stats }. Requires ?projectId (400 if absent). `rules` is the project's routing_rules rows by ascending priority; `metrics` is the 100 most recent routing_metrics rows; `stats` aggregates them into totalRequests, totalCost, request-weighted avgLatencyMs and avgQuality. `strategies` is the static list of nine selectable strategies (quality-first, cost-optimized, latency-first, balanced, content-based, load-aware, canary, ab-test, multi-armed-bandit); `tiers` is DEFAULT_TIERS and `config` is {enabled, minCasesForRouting, alwaysPremiumScorers} from DEFAULT_SMART_ROUTER_CONFIG in @evalguard/core.
Authentication
Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
