PATCH
/api/v1/privacy/assessments/{id}/mitigationsUpdate mitigation
Updates one mitigation, addressed by the REQUIRED `?mitigation_id` query param (400 if absent; the `{id}` path segment is the parent assessment and is not read here). Body fields are written through to the row except `id`, `org_id` and `assessment_id`, which are stripped; setting `status` to `completed` also stamps `completed_at` and `completed_by` with the caller. Requires org admin (`compliance:update`). Returns the updated row.
