/api/v1/remediations/{id}Update remediation
Partial update of one remediation. Allowlisted fields: status (open|in_progress|blocked|done|wont_fix), ownerUserId, ownerTeam, severity (critical|high|medium|low|info), title (≤200), description (truncated to 4000), dueAt (ISO or null) and blockedReason — there is no `notes` field. Invariants applied server-side: status='blocked' requires a non-empty blockedReason (400 MISSING_BLOCKED_REASON); status='done' or 'wont_fix' stamps resolved_at and any other status clears it and clears blocked_reason. An empty patch is 400 EMPTY_PATCH; an unknown id is 404. Requires incidents:update; the row's own org is resolved for the membership gate; audited as remediation.update.
