POST
/api/v1/annotation-queue-items/{itemId}/submitSubmit rubric scores + feedback for a claimed item
Marks the item completed and auto-releases the lock. Caller MUST hold the lock (403 NOT_LOCK_HOLDER otherwise). If overallScore is omitted, computed as weighted mean of score using rubric_items.weight.
Authentication
Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
