Create a Razorpay subscription for a plan upgrade

Creates a Razorpay subscription for the org's chosen plan and returns the subscription id + checkout short_url. Admin role required; idempotent via Idempotency-Key (24h).

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/api-keys.
