EU AI Act assessment actions

Action-discriminated endpoint for EU AI Act conformity assessments. action=create-assessment | update-assessment | submit-incident | submit-for-approval (wires the assessment onto the GRC approval state machine). All actions require orgId.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/api-keys.
