POST/api/v1/privacy/vendors/{id}/recompute

Recompute vendor risk score

Recomputes the vendor's `inherent_risk` and `residual_risk` from the register row's own stored inputs — data sensitivity, business criticality, PII processing, cross-border transfer, and the DPA / SOC 2 (including expiry) / ISO 27001 / HIPAA BAA / GDPR SCC attestation flags — and persists both. No external threat feed is consulted. `orgId` is required (query, body or api-key context) and the vendor lookup is pinned to it (404 otherwise). Editor role; audited as `vendor_risk_recompute`. Returns the updated row plus the full `scoring` result, whose rationale is the `reasons` string array.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
