Create a new project

Creates a project under the org named by the required body field `orgId` (400 without it), which is membership-verified first. Requires the 'admin' role. Mass-assignment-safe (ADR-0017): the insert reads only `name` (2-50 chars) and `slug` (2-50 chars, lowercase alphanumerics and hyphens only) — both REQUIRED; any other body field, including description and tags, is ignored. Returns 201 with `{id, org_id, name, slug, settings, created_at, updated_at}`, or 409 DUPLICATE_SLUG when the slug already exists in that org. RLS policies on projects + every owned-resource table (evals, datasets, traces, etc.) ensure cross-tenant isolation.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
