/api/v1/agent-memory/governanceGet agent-memory governance policy
Admin-only (owner/admin) read of the agent-memory governance policy that governs durable-memory writes org-wide (`requiredRole: "admin"`). Enforcement IS live and is driven by the per-org `agent_memory_governance_policy` row, not by an env flag: `POST /api/v1/agent-memory` maps the policy's `mode` onto TwoTierMemory's `onPoison`, so `enforce` drops a poisoned fact and appends a hash-chained decision to the ledger. Requires an org — `?orgId`, the body, or an org-pinned `eg_` key (400 MISSING_ORG_ID when none resolves); optional `?projectId` selects a project-scoped policy, absent means org-wide. Returns {policy} — null when none is set, and also null (rather than an error) when migration 20260783 has not been applied.
