List agent execution runs

Lists/aggregates agent_runs for chargeback. Org scope from ?orgId, body, or the eg_ API key (400 MISSING_ORG_ID if none); optional apiKeyId/agentTag/endCustomerId/since/limit filters; optional groupBy aggregates by agent_tag|end_customer_id|api_key_id.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/api-keys.

Parameters

orgId in query

Org scope. Optional - falls back to request body or the authenticating eg_ API key's org. Handler 400s only when none resolve.
