/api/v1/agent-memory/governanceDelete agent-memory governance policy
Admin-only (owner/admin) management of the agent-memory governance policy that governs durable-memory writes org-wide (`requiredRole: "admin"` + `gateway:delete`). Enforcement IS live and is driven by the per-org `agent_memory_governance_policy` row, not by an env flag: `POST /api/v1/agent-memory` loads the effective policy and maps `mode` onto TwoTierMemory's `onPoison` — `enforce` drops a poisoned fact and appends a hash-chained decision to the ledger, `monitor` only flags it. An org with no enabled policy row behaves identically to the ungoverned path. Every write is audited (`agent_memory.governance.delete`). Removes the org(+project) policy selected by `?orgId` (400 MISSING_ORG_ID if absent) and optional `?projectId`; returns {deleted}.
