List voice-eval scorers

Returns the 16 voice-eval scorers shipped in @evalguard/core as { total, scorers: [{ name, key, description }] }: word-error-rate, signal-to-noise-ratio, audio-quality, transcription-accuracy, pronunciation-accuracy, speech-pace, silence-gap-detection, turn-taking-quality, voice-response-latency, abrupt-disconnection, ai-interrupting-user, user-interrupting-ai, user-interrupts, voice-sentiment, vocal-affect and voice-user-satisfaction. Pure registry lookup — no parameters, no DB read; cached public, s-maxage=300, stale-while-revalidate=3600. Use it to introspect evaluators before calling POST /api/v1/eval/voice.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
