PUBLIC industry leaderboard — ranks models across ALL tenants' data by design, not the caller's org. Aggregates the 500 most recent `eval_runs` (score, pass_rate) and 500 most recent `security_scans` (pass_rate, critical_count) by model name, and joins ELO from `model_elo_ratings` (top 100, optionally narrowed by `?projectId`). Only models with >= 2 data points, or any ELO rating, are listed. `?category` orders the result: security (default), accuracy, elo, or anything else for the blended overall score. Returns { category, leaderboard (top 20 with overallScore, evalScore, evalPassRate, securityPassRate, criticalVulnerabilities, totalEvals, totalScans, elo{rating,matches,wins,losses,ties,winRate}), totalModels, lastUpdated }. ISR-cached 60s; 30 req/min. Authentication: none. This is a public endpoint and no credential is read. The empty `security` is a deliberate statement rather than an omission — nothing on this path resolves a caller, so no API-key scope is evaluated and an `eg_` key sent anyway is ignored.
