List available scorers

Returns the platform's BUILT-IN scorer registry from @evalguard/core as { scorers: [{ id, name, description }], total }. Built-in only — org custom scorers and marketplace scorers are not included, and each entry carries no type, evaluation method or input/output schema. The registry is static (it changes only on redeploy), so the payload is computed once at module load and served with Cache-Control: public, max-age=300, s-maxage=3600, stale-while-revalidate=86400. Same source of truth as client.listScorers() and `evalguard list scorers`.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
