List simulation runs

Returns the built-in SIMULATION PERSONA catalog — the synthetic users a multi-turn simulation can be run against. Each entry carries `id`, `name`, `type`, `description`, `traits`, `goals`, `maxTurns` and `escalationBehavior`; the response also includes the distinct `personaTypes` and `totalCount`. Static reference data compiled into @evalguard/core: no tenant row is read and no past simulation run is returned. Use the persona ids in `POST /api/v1/simulation`.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
