Update an annotation queue

Updates a queue's name/description/rubric/status. queueId + projectId required; other fields optional (description nullable to clear).

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
