Create automation pipeline

Creates AND immediately runs a pipeline. `projectId` is required (400 otherwise); supply either a `templateId`, a full `config` object, or `steps` — plus optional `model`, `name`, `description`. The request is forwarded to POST /api/v1/pipelines/run, which persists the run row, enforces its own project-membership gate, and fires background execution; that endpoint's status and body are returned verbatim, so a 2xx here means the run has STARTED, not merely that a definition was saved. Rate limit 5/min.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
